Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Participate actively in every part of the software development process.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions across industries and business challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
- Experience with the listed programming languages, machine learning frameworks, data-processing libraries, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, visualization technologies, and deployment tools.
- Ability to solve problems, work collaboratively, and operate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
