AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Spanish Market
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design AI agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture.
- Architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production AI solutions using Agentforce, JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Collaborate in builder pods and with senior developers throughout the technical lifecycle.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and iterate on solutions until they are ready for production.
- Work directly alongside customers in their environments, with 25–50% travel.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering as an AI-native builder.
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, object-oriented programming, and real-time infrastructure.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Sharp problem-solving skills, initiative, and a builder-oriented approach.
