Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agents, tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory systems, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate progress frequently, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two core build languages, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
