Responsibilities
- Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows using Python, Java, Go, Scala, Flink, Spark, and Google Cloud Dataflow.
- Build cloud-native AI/ML solutions with Vertex AI and provide the supported use case.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities with data pipelines for automation, insight generation, and predictive analytics.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and embed GenAI-driven intelligence into enterprise data platforms.
- Manage the full application and container lifecycle.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for build and target-platform deployment.
- Follow standard procedures and escalate unresolved issues to internal engineering teams.
- Document technical knowledge through support and deployment notes and manuals.
- Collaborate with application developers, data scientists, enterprise architects, and global multidisciplinary teams.
- Foster teamwork, lead by example, participate in organization-wide people initiatives, and travel according to client and job requirements.
Requirements
- BE, BTech, or MCA degree.
- 4 to 6 years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, scripting languages, and Go/Golang.
- Experience building data pipelines and ETL workflows with Flink, Spark, and preferably Google Cloud Dataflow.
- Experience building cloud-native AI/ML solutions with Vertex AI, including sharing the supported use case.
- Hands-on experience managing complete application and container lifecycles.
- Expertise in public cloud and a professional or practitioner certification on GCP.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for build and target-platform deployment.
- Good knowledge of Apache Beam and Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference-level presentation skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary global teams and travel in accordance with client and job requirements.
