Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the OT Capture product and related microservices.
- Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and deployment with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration-management tools.
- Support and enhance multi-tier Capture platforms, including Core Capture, Pixtools, and integration components.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain high availability, performance, and rapid incident response.
- Manage backup, archival, and disaster recovery processes for content repositories and metadata databases.
- Containerize Capture components and manage deployments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline releases and deliver Capture features and integrations.
- Troubleshoot ingestion pipelines, performance issues, Capture flow execution, API integrations, and other Capture-stack problems.
- Perform maintenance, patching, and upgrades for Capture platforms and supporting infrastructure.
- Contribute to cloud migration and scalable Capture architecture using AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Capture platforms such as OpenText, Tungsten, or Abby.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Understanding of Linux administration, networking principles, and secure infrastructure design.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure and services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex distributed systems.
- Knowledge of version control, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
