Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve the developer experience across all platform interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance our CLI, SDKs, and MCP servers.
- Optimize API parameters and error messages for clarity.
- Design interfaces and protocols for AI agents as well as human developers.
- Define and track key DX/AX metrics to improve platform adoption.
- Collaborate with the Developer Advocate to gather user feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of improving developer experience at a top-tier platform.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python, TypeScript, and Go.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI and its emerging patterns.
- Empathy for developers and a passion for user-friendly design.
- Ability to execute and deliver results in a high-velocity team environment.
