Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and articulation of complex architecture vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Champion best practices, emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and align on complex architectural solutions.
- Evaluate and select technologies and solutions based on organizational needs and strategic direction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
- Identify and mitigate architecture risks and challenges through implementation and ongoing operation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for architectural standards and policies.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of architects and foster knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies, software development, emerging technologies, strategic influencing, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in the technologies and areas relevant to the applications supported, potentially including IMS, DB2, Oracle, Teradata, data warehousing, COBAL, Visual Basic, C, C++, SAS, Java, JavaScript frameworks, PEGA, CSS3, mobile technologies, JSON, Cognos, Hadoop, SQL, J2EE, HTML5, and XML.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
