Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop software architectures, features, and product improvements for COMINT/EW and Counter-UAS systems.
- Modify existing software and develop new software for RF signal detection, identification, processing, geolocation, and analysis.
- Specify, test, and qualify computers, drives, and other system hardware components.
- Perform system-level QA testing and analysis and develop automated QA test software and systems.
- Create and modify software installation programs and product documentation.
- Provide technical expertise, product support, deployment assistance, issue resolution, training, and customer-facing support.
- Support sales and marketing through technical literature, proposals, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Stay current with relevant technologies, techniques, competitors, and RF/COMINT/EW standards.
Requirements
- US Person or permanent resident status is required.
- At least 6 years of extensive C/C++ software development and relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and testing complex real-time multithreaded software applications.
- Strong digital signal processing, mathematics, RF theory, signal modulation and demodulation, decoding, and signal analysis knowledge.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, networking and socket-level programming, databases, and large existing C++ codebases.
- Experience with system QA testing, test plans, automated QA programs, technical documentation, and communication with engineering and customer teams.
- MSEE or BSEE with emphasis on RF communication systems, DSP, and software; extended relevant work experience may support the BSEE path.
- Preferred experience includes SIGINT/COMINT/EW, RF direction finding and geolocation, audio processing, drone signals, FMV systems, Qt, Python, embedded programming, graphics, SQL, XML, JSON, APIs, Linux, software licensing, Wireshark, automated build systems, and applicable industry standards.
- Active US security clearance and familiarity with worldwide COMINT/EW markets are preferred.
