Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale Monzo’s public-facing website for international expansion.
- Build and maintain the component library and content management system.
- Identify and scope impactful projects with product and cross-disciplinary peers.
- Own frontend feature development from scoping through delivery across the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers to build functionality supporting new frontend features.
- Use dashboards, metrics, user feedback, and data insight to inform decisions and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience developing modern component-oriented JavaScript applications using frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, Flow, TypeScript, and Webpack.
- Interest in building performant, secure, and scalable web experiences and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience or interest in working in large frontend codebases with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to balance development velocity, prioritization, and code quality.
- Interest in collaborative, iterative product development and knowledge sharing.
