Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, integrate, and enhance software components and BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into software enhancements.
- Maintain existing components and improve their functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ITSM platforms.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline IT service processes.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM is required.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM and experience customizing and integrating IT service management solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for IT service processes.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored enhancements.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
