Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members to promote professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and ensuring code quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
