Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, integration patterns, and related middleware technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Lead software development risk identification and mitigation efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and TIBCO BusinessWorks-related middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
