Responsibilities
- Develop and test server-side components of casino games using Java and Playtech’s internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members, game designers, and client developers to deliver reliable game functionality.
- Participate in daily technical discussions and development activities.
- Organize work effectively in a flexible working environment and attend mandatory meetings when required.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of commercial software development experience.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Java.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, HTTP, Git, and Vavr.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and an understanding of probability theory.
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development principles and functional programming.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher with confidence communicating daily with colleagues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, decision-making, ownership, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
