Responsibilities
- Advise Meta clients as a trusted technical consultant by understanding their challenges and designing solutions using Meta platforms and products.
- Design and explain technical architectures, API integrations, data pipelines, and platform components.
- Scope and demonstrate technical solutions, develop proof-of-concepts, and troubleshoot client API integrations directly in code.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop opportunities and with Product teams to influence platform capabilities using field insights.
- Present data-centric business topics, build cross-functional relationships, and participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- Currently has or is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or has equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience with software systems, querying, data, and API development.
- Experience communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients.
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks and with system design and technical architecture.
- Knowledge of industry technology areas and trends.
- High-level verbal and written fluency in English and Korean.
- Preferred experience includes API documentation, calling and testing APIs with scripts, integration projects, responsible AI practices, AdTech or digital marketing, stakeholder management, Meta Marketing and Messaging products, prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow optimization.
