Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, and Zowie.
- Build prompt-based AI assistants and conversational experiences powered by large language models.
- Integrate conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs and backend services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready chatbot and voicebot solutions.
- Configure, test, optimize, and continuously improve chatbot and voicebot behavior before and after deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders throughout implementations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based conversational AI solutions and using prompt engineering.
- Experience delivering production chatbot or voicebot implementations in commercial projects beyond proofs of concept or prototypes.
- Experience integrating conversational AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into working conversational AI solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-collaboration skills.
- Very good command of English and Polish.
- Experience with Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of intent-based or rule-based conversational platforms, ASR, TTS, telephony integrations, NLP/NLU, and conversational design is preferred.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
