Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex features and systems.
- Design and evolve AI-native services embedding LLMs into workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to infuse AI intelligence.
- Lead design, implementation, testing, and deployment of backend services.
- Build user-facing features connecting frontend UI with backend systems.
- Define and evolve architecture from backend systems to UI frameworks.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into backend pipelines and product logic.
- Architect highly performant, secure, and scalable services.
- Partner with teams to translate product thinking into high-impact solutions.
- Improve internal tooling, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
- Build with enterprise-grade security and compliance in mind.
Requirements
- Strong background in backend systems and API design with SaaS experience.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages like Python, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL and graph databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Pragmatic problem solver thriving in high-velocity startup environments.
- Bonus: Experience integrating AI/LLM features or enterprise workflow systems.
