Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and address user queries involving data, technology, and signals or alphas.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Improve backend optimization, speed, software quality, and load sequencing.
- Manage security, application access, and role management.
- Support storage, data versioning, and server-side web application functionality.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
- Familiarity with Unix.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the quant or finance industry is a plus.
