Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve the documentation site’s infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support internal customers, ensuring technical writers are not blocked in their work.
- Provide cross-regional support to various Builder Experience teams.
- Collaborate with DocTool Leads to enhance user experience and content structure for documentation sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of development experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with OpenAPI and JAMstack architecture.
- Familiarity with documentation frameworks like DITA, Redocly, or VuePress.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, CircleCI, Vercel, and Artifactory.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for coding and workflow automation.
- Good verbal communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
