Responsibilities
- Develop automated test suites to verify hardware functionality and performance.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for issue diagnosis by non-technical users.
- Implement robust error-capturing mechanisms that provide actionable troubleshooting insights.
- Collaborate with hardware and quality assurance teams to integrate testing tools.
- Improve testing frameworks to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Work across the robotics system stack, including sensor integration and robotic movement actuation.
- Design and build software for high-volume data processing and sensor data analysis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Rust or C++.
- Proficiency across the full robotics system stack; partial-stack experience is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, including CAN and Ethernet protocols.
- Experience with hardware interfacing and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and CANoe.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to secure and reliable sensor-data transmission.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building high-volume data-processing and sensor-data-analysis software.
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- US person status and eligibility to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
