Base Salary
$200k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of self-serve tooling for marketing teams.
- Drive the direction of AI-augmented workflows with strong guardrails.
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify automation opportunities.
- Set high standards for velocity and quality in project delivery.
- Reduce the team's ticket burden by enabling self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of building internal tools that reduce repetitive workflows.
- Strong product instincts to differentiate between valuable and busywork tooling.
- Experience with AI/LLM-augmented engineering or a strong opinion on the subject.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and empathize with non-engineers.
