Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical roadmaps for business processes and applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and technical gaps supporting business strategies.
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical web systems and infrastructure.
  • Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, corrective actions, quality assurance, and routine issue resolution.
  • Communicate client feedback to technology teams to improve deliverables and meet business requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code solutions such as CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD solutions including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python or JavaScript.
  • Solid experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of customer-focused solution development, systems thinking, systems software infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Preferred experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Thousand Eyes, Grafana, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, and Dynatrace.
  • Preferred knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, and similar headless services.
  • Preferred understanding of tracing for modern applications using OpenTelemetry and similar technologies.
  • AWS certification at the associate level or higher is preferred.
