Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI primitives and user-facing services.
- Own software features from concept and system design through implementation, rollout, and support.
- Create and review system designs for reliable, scalable services.
- Participate in planning, brainstorming, and shaping product direction.
- Apply software development best practices to meet schedules and maintain quality.
- Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, software engineers, and solution architects to develop customer-focused AI solutions.
- Use AI-enabled tooling throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
