Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, technical strategy, design, development, deployment, and support.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
- Design enterprise integrations with SAP, Apttus CLM, marketing platforms, and other systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Lead Einstein and Agentforce AI initiatives, including intelligent automation, predictive insights, intelligent agents, and recommendation engines.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, version control, release management, sandbox strategy, test data management, and environment strategy.
- Ensure Salesforce implementations meet security, governance, SOX compliance, audit, and maintainability standards.
- Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Coach and mentor Salesforce developers, conduct code reviews, and support onboarding and career development.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Architecture, and cross-functional IT teams in Agile ceremonies and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 9+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integration patterns, and Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience leading technical design and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or relevant Consultant certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce SOX compliance, audit trails, governance frameworks, Salesforce Shield, Field Audit Trail, and data encryption is beneficial.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Apttus CLM, Marketing Cloud, and AI-driven Salesforce solutions is preferred.
- Strong solution architecture, communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and technical leadership skills.
