Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient .NET systems using microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches.
- Write, test, debug, review, and deliver complex production-ready code.
- Optimize high-load systems and resolve complex software and technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and peers and drive technical decisions and development-practice improvements.
- Collaborate with product management, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Create technical documentation and communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
- Research and implement technologies and methodologies that improve software performance and development processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing scalable and resilient .NET systems, including microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.
- Advanced C# skills with experience in asynchronous programming, API development, and design and resilience patterns including DDD, CQRS, and circuit breakers.
- Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, caching, high-load system optimization, and distributed computing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with xUnit, NUnit, Serilog, App Insights, monitoring, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Proven experience mentoring peers and driving technical decisions in Agile teams.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English and B2+ Ukrainian or Russian.
- Experience leading or managing software development projects is nice to have.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, cloud-native service design, and SDLC improvement is nice to have.
