Responsibilities
- Implement new mobile app features using Dart and Flutter.
- Build complex frontend logic, UI components, and high-performance user experiences.
- Develop features that improve UI/UX and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure feature acceptance against requirements.
- Maintain structured, efficient, and maintainable code and contribute to team processes and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Flutter and strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, autonomy, ownership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: design awareness, close collaboration with designers, familiarity with gRPC and Go, and expertise in UI and animation development.
