Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter for iOS, Android, and other Flutter-supported platforms.
- Plan, design, and independently implement new application features.
- Contribute to analysis, conception, specification, and implementation activities.
- Help select and apply suitable software architecture and design patterns.
- Monitor and promote code quality within the development team.
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, mentor team members, and serve as a central technical advisor.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience with Flutter.
- Experience with a native mobile development framework for either iOS or Android.
- Advanced understanding of software architecture for Flutter applications, demonstrated through complex projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to take responsibility, and decision-making ability.
- Experience working in agile projects such as Scrum and in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively, critically evaluate their results, and help customers and the company identify AI opportunities.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
