Responsibilities

  • Design and build ordering experiences in SwiftUI, including table management, kitchen workflows, and printer integrations.
  • Contribute to shared Kotlin Multiplatform business logic and the architecture of the ordering domain.
  • Improve the reliability and usability of ordering features across phones, tablets, and POS devices.
  • Collaborate with Android engineers and platform teams on consistent cross-platform behavior and multi-device order synchronization.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, collaborative testing, technical refinement, and work scoping.
  • Contribute to Mobile Chapter and KMP platform initiatives across the POS tribe.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building production iOS applications in Swift.
  • Strong SwiftUI knowledge.
  • Experience working in a large, established codebase and making pragmatic improvements without a full rewrite.
  • Openness to learning and contributing to Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform; prior hands-on KMP experience is welcome but not required.
  • Experience collaborating with Android engineers or other cross-platform partners.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and directly, challenge assumptions, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Sound technical judgment balancing product delivery, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
