Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture patterns.
- Define and evolve application architecture with emphasis on scalability, modularity, testability, and long-term maintainability.
- Build reusable mobile components and integrate Retail Media experiences such as sponsored products, sponsored brands, native placements, display banners, and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with backend, data, product, ad server, and Retail Media teams on APIs, tracking, campaign metadata, targeting, attribution, and measurement.
- Create flexible solutions for new ad formats, placements, campaigns, and monetization use cases.
- Improve code quality, dependency management, observability, testing, security, performance, CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
- Implement and evolve feature flags, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing for customer and advertising experiences.
- Review and guide technical and architectural decisions, document systems and processes, reduce technical debt, and improve application stability and technical health.
Requirements
- Extensive Android development experience with strong Kotlin expertise and deep knowledge of the Android SDK.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, dependency injection using Hilt or Dagger, and REST APIs using Retrofit or OkHttp.
- Strong knowledge of clean architecture, design patterns, modularization, testing, and maintainable code.
- Experience with JUnit, Espresso, MockK, CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Proven ability to independently own complex projects and deliver high-quality, scalable, performant solutions.
- Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or large-scale e-commerce platforms is required or preferred.
