Responsibilities
- Own core components of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
- Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows and improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
- Maintain a reliable technical foundation for a growing engineering team.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart or web applications.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, with informed views on their strengths and limitations.
- Strong academic background in computer science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
- Strong attention to design details and clear English communication.
- Interest in improving systems and workflows that help other engineers work more effectively.
