Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY app using Dart and Flutter.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver components and high-leverage features.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and build internal tools to improve team productivity.
- Contribute to team processes through regular agile retrospectives.
- Develop complex frontend logic, UI, and animations while maintaining code quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of programming experience.
- At least 1 year of app development experience.
- Extensive experience with Dart and Flutter.
- Strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
- Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and maintain codebase quality.
- Design awareness and close collaboration with designers are nice to have.
- Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment is nice to have.
- Expertise in UI and animation development is nice to have.
