Responsibilities
- Drive modularization and evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
- Define and implement technical standards and architectural guidelines across teams.
- Build reusable mobile components for sponsored products, sponsored brands, product recommendations, banners, and other Retail Media experiences.
- Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, release processes, app stability, and overall technical health.
- Strengthen testing strategy, improve test coverage, and establish quality foundations across teams.
- Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
- Reduce technical debt and enable product teams through platform improvements.
- Implement feature flags, experimentation, and A/B testing for new customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Retail Media stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Swift and experience with large-scale production apps.
- Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures.
- Hands-on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar patterns.
- Understanding of modern iOS concurrency concepts and memory management.
- Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience with KMP and Android is an additional advantage.
- Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or large-scale e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
