Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-impact features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
- Develop UI components and complex frontend logic for a production mobile application.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and build internal tools that improve team productivity.
- Contribute to team processes through regular agile retrospectives.
- Maintain code quality by writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of mobile development experience.
- At least 1 year of Flutter development experience.
- Extensive experience shipping production applications with Dart and Flutter.
- Strong expertise in UI development and complex frontend logic.
- Deep understanding of the Flutter framework and commonly used packages.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable code and actively maintain codebase quality.
- Nice to have: design awareness and close collaboration skills with designers.
- Nice to have: familiarity with gRPC and Go in a backend environment.
- Nice to have: UI and animation development expertise.
