Responsibilities
- Own core areas of the Flutter app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
- Build and improve AI infrastructure including MCP servers, background agent platforms, evaluation systems, and feedback loops.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback from code changes to production.
- Ship user-facing features alongside platform work.
- Maintain reliable shared systems that engineering teams can build on confidently.
Requirements
- Two to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications.
- Professional backend engineering experience and familiarity with building and operating production software.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools and a thoughtful perspective on their strengths and limitations.
- A strong academic background and solid engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in a startup, early-stage company, or founding-engineer environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Good design judgment, clear English communication, and interest in improving systems that help other engineers work effectively.
- Flutter and Dart experience is welcome but not required.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
