Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of authentication and authorization solutions for internal and external Mercado Envíos users.
- Define and manage OKRs and KPIs aligned with IAM and Information Security strategy for an ecosystem of more than 130,000 identities.
- Coordinate initiatives with Business, IT Shipping, and IS Shipping stakeholders.
- Manage the development and evolution of IAM tools and processes, including intelligent automation and AI-based initiatives.
- Ensure security, availability, and operational continuity of IAM solutions.
Requirements
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders and high operational impact.
- Knowledge of logistics, including key operational use cases and recurring challenges.
- Technical experience for leading architecture and design discussions, including REST API development and Python, MySQL, Flask, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of Information Security principles and their application to Identity and Access Management.
