Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using current platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into efficient applications across multiple clouds.
- Contribute to technical strategy and application architecture decisions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Design reusable custom solutions and integrations using APIs and platform events.
- Implement automation for complex business processes.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions across production and sandbox environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Developer, or in a related technical occupation.
- Five years of experience with Salesforce data modeling, security controls, sharing architecture, Git, SFDX, governor limits, performance optimization, data integration, analytics, Einstein features, release practices, Shield Platform Encryption, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce REST and SOAP API integrations, Lightning Web Components, Apex testing, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
