Responsibilities
- Design secure AI architectures and advise clients on the secure deployment and governance of AI systems and generative AI applications.
- Conduct AI red team assessments of LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
- Identify and demonstrate AI-specific attack vectors, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, model inversion, and extraction.
- Develop technical recommendations and mitigations to improve AI system security, resilience, and trustworthiness.
- Build, test, and evaluate agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
- Create security testing methodologies, automation, and tooling for AI applications throughout the development lifecycle.
- Adapt and extend open-source AI frameworks, security tools, and evaluation platforms for client-specific requirements.
- Monitor emerging AI threats, vulnerabilities, research, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building, deploying, or evaluating AI/ML systems.
- At least 3 years of experience developing applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial AI, or AI governance.
- Knowledge of AI security principles, secure AI development practices, AI attack techniques, and AI risk management.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering.
- Preferred experience with AI red teaming frameworks such as PyRIT, Garak, Inspect AI, or OWASP GenAI tools.
- Preferred experience with security assessments, penetration testing, offensive security, agent orchestration frameworks, open-source projects, containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Preferred knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATLAS, adversarial machine learning, and emerging AI security standards.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, Security+, GIAC, or cloud security certifications are preferred.
