Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, deploy, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Calypso (Software).
- Strong experience across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues across integrated systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
