Base Salary
$115k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning algorithms as part of a small interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze large multi-domain datasets containing images, text, time series, and graph data.
- Review and apply cutting-edge research publications.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Understand AI/ML training and deployment pipelines, including AWS services.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Hold a B.S. in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Have 8+ years of AI/ML development experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, Lightning, OpenCV, NumPy, and Polars.
- Have experience with supervised and unsupervised learning and deep learning architectures.
- Have experience contributing on a team using version control such as Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Preferred qualifications include an M.S. or PhD, interdisciplinary team leadership, and experience with MCP, Microsoft Agent Framework, Hugging Face, LangChain, GenAI Ops, LLMs, Transformers, YOLO, GANs, reinforcement learning, Linux, AWS, CUDA, CuPy, Numba, CuSignal, CuDF, application deployment, virtualization, and containerization.
