Responsibilities
- Act as the Pega CDH and Decisioning subject matter expert and provide technical leadership for complex implementations.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design across Pega CDH, Pega Decisioning, NBAA, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Create, own, and review HLD, LLD, and Integration Solution Design documentation.
- Design integrations involving Kafka, Mar Tech platforms, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Define Pega decisioning data models, context dictionaries, taxonomies, and decisioning structures.
- Evaluate solution alternatives for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability and document architectural trade-offs.
- Translate business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria and conduct solution-design workshops.
- Lead cross-shore and offshore delivery teams, design reviews, architecture reviews, sprint governance, and technical delivery governance.
- Communicate technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall IT experience and at least 10 years of Pega implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning, including hands-on Pega Platform v8.x experience.
- Experience with Next-Best-Action Advisor, Bundle Negotiator, taxonomy governance, adaptive model lifecycle management, and multi-channel outbound orchestration.
- Proven solution architecture experience with ownership of HLD and LLD documentation.
- Experience designing integrations with Kafka, Mar Tech, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Strong understanding of Pega Decisioning data modeling and context dictionaries.
- Experience converting business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience leading cross-shore or offshore Agile delivery teams and technical delivery or architecture teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, business analysis, requirement management, and technical governance skills.
- Mandatory Pega Certified Senior System Architect, Pega Certified Senior System Architect, and Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant certifications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Preferred experience in ANZ telecommunications or financial services, familiarity with Pega Infinity '25, and Pega Marketing Architect or Pega Data Science Specialist certification.
