Base Salary
$37k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure and DevOps build and automation activities using programming and scripting skills.
- Assist with development, documentation, and maintenance of operations concepts, requirements, and systems engineering artifacts.
- Integrate software and hardware subsystems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Use continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline development.
- Apply engineering principles to solve routine technical problems in a multidisciplinary team.
- Leverage AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes for platform optimization.
Requirements
- Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline through completion of the internship or co-op session.
- Have experience applying basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
- Have experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Have experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred qualifications include programming or scripting experience with Ruby, Python, Go, PowerShell, or Java.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, Rackspace, OpenStack, Chef, Ansible, DevOps automation pipelines, subsystem integration, and software development lifecycle concepts.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required; an active and existing TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required after day one.
