Base Salary

$37k - $82k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support infrastructure and DevOps build and automation activities using programming and scripting skills.
  • Assist with development, documentation, and maintenance of operations concepts, requirements, and systems engineering artifacts.
  • Integrate software and hardware subsystems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Use continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline development.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve routine technical problems in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Leverage AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes for platform optimization.

Requirements

  • Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline through completion of the internship or co-op session.
  • Have experience applying basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Have experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Have experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred qualifications include programming or scripting experience with Ruby, Python, Go, PowerShell, or Java.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, Rackspace, OpenStack, Chef, Ansible, DevOps automation pipelines, subsystem integration, and software development lifecycle concepts.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required; an active and existing TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required after day one.
