Base Salary

$170k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using autonomous planning and tool use.
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python.
Conduct vulnerability analysis for mission-critical initiatives.
Develop and document new tradecraft.
Execute customer requests and provide technical solutions aligned with mission needs.
Conduct customer outreach to understand requirements and support strategic initiatives.

Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; an additional four years of experience may substitute for the degree.
At least 12 years of software engineering experience.
Deep experience using LLMs for complex problems, including prompt engineering and model optimization.
Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.
Strong Python experience, including data parsing and manipulation.
Experience with networking concepts and protocols.
Experience conducting open source research.
Familiarity with Git.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
