Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using autonomous planning and tool use.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis for mission-critical initiatives.
- Develop and document new tradecraft.
- Execute customer requests and provide technical solutions aligned with mission needs.
- Conduct customer outreach to understand requirements and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; an additional four years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience.
- Deep experience using LLMs for complex problems, including prompt engineering and model optimization.
- Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.
- Strong Python experience, including data parsing and manipulation.
- Experience with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience conducting open source research.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
