Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Python from requirements through delivery.
- Gather and clarify requirements and translate ambiguous problems into concrete, executable solutions.
- Design efficient and scalable workflows based on end-user needs and overall business processes.
- Use Claude, including Cowork, Code, and Design, to improve development and work efficiency.
- Build workflow automations and AI-agent or cross-system integrations using n8n or comparable tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share technical knowledge effectively.
- Write development documentation, system explanations, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Background in information technology or information management with practical Python development experience.
- Experience participating in the complete process from requirements through implementation.
- Experience taking a project from 0 to 1 is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and systematic-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
- Familiarity with n8n or other workflow automation tools and practical experience with process automation, AI agents, or cross-system integration is preferred.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
