Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered research tools.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and improve user experience.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and costs.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and deployment of new models.
- Own the design and automation of evaluation pipelines for AI agent quality.
Requirements
- Quick, scrappy, and a strong builder with a fast-paced work ethic.
- Excellent engineering skills combined with a taste for models and design.
- Experience with full stack agent behaviors and LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Proven track record of independently building and scaling a product to thousands of users.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally a startup.
