Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the core platform powering financial workflows for CPG brands.
- Develop systems for ingesting and processing financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Build backend services and APIs for analytics, forecasting, and automation features.
- Implement AI-powered workflows for document processing and financial data extraction.
- Design product experiences that turn complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Work with product teams and occasionally customers to understand workflows and ship solutions quickly.
- Improve performance and reliability across core platform services.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering and systems design skills.
- Experience building production systems that handle large datasets or complex workflows.
- Strong product instincts and ability to work across engineering and product.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered systems is preferred.
- Experience with data pipelines or analytics infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
- Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles is preferred.
- A CS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
