Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications.
- Write, maintain, and enhance production-level source code.
- Build end-to-end solutions spanning interfaces, backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical strategy, delivery approaches, and solutions supporting national security missions and internal tools.
- Integrate automated tests and quality checks into development workflows when applicable.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, modifying, or implementing software applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with common programming languages or web development stacks.
- Experience writing, maintaining, or enhancing production-level software source code.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or XP methodologies.
- Experience solving complex technical problems in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred experience includes gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred experience includes Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, C#, .NET, PHP, C, C++, Drupal, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and quality checks.
- Candidates must complete Booz Allen’s required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold.
