Responsibilities
- Support the productization of AI/ML models and LLMs through APIs, infrastructure, and software engineering best practices.
- Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions into production.
- Design and implement autonomous end-to-end ML pipelines spanning data, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to APIs, tools, libraries, cloud infrastructure, LLM infrastructure, and AI-driven features used by more than 100 AI team members.
- Own complex projects and lead technical initiatives from design through implementation, including refactoring and standardization.
- Mentor junior team members and communicate technical results, findings, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate on exchange protocols and architecture with DevOps, Front End, Data Engineering, and Back End teams.
- Sponsor the creation and implementation of new software and ML standards across the AI team.
- Ensure the quality of individual and team developments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Strong AI/ML fundamentals and deep AI/ML knowledge.
- Strong Python skills and experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments.
- Strong software engineering practices and experience building reliable production systems.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Experience owning complex projects and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to explain technical trade-offs and designs clearly.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
