Base Salary
$142k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure.
- Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows.
- Solve complex fintech infrastructure challenges using new technologies.
- Collaborate with Ramp engineers to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products.
- Own core stablecoin services and ensure secure, reliable integrations with external partners.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems is preferred.
- Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, or wallet infrastructure is required.
- Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or an equivalent is required.
- Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java, is required.
- Experience with security-sensitive systems and an interest in key management, wallet security, or secure transaction flows is required.
- Production experience building or operating payments, money movement, treasury, stablecoin, or crypto infrastructure is required.
- Familiarity with on-chain user experience, settlement mechanics, transaction signing, confirmation and finality, fees, and latency is a plus.
- Experience building on-chain wallets or integrating crypto onramp or offramp APIs for custody and remittance flows is a plus.
- Experience integrating external financial service providers and APIs at scale is a plus.
- Familiarity with cross-border settlement, foreign exchange, or treasury management systems is a plus.
- Experience in highly regulated fintech environments such as payments, banking, or government-compliant infrastructure is a plus.
