Base Salary
$130k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality libraries and tools for frontend applications.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, resilient UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Document and communicate technical specifications with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges using a robust test automation strategy.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards for a maintainable codebase.
- Provide technical leadership and drive frontend architecture, engineering excellence, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least five years of JavaScript development experience focused on building and deploying ReactJS applications.
- Expertise in clear documentation, testing, and automation as integral parts of the UI workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A demonstrated record of fostering engineering excellence and driving innovation.
- Preferred expertise in performance optimization and high-quality, detail-oriented code.
- Preferred experience resolving performance bottlenecks in data-intensive interfaces.
- Preferred skill designing scalable, reusable frontend architectures with efficient component composition.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the clients.
