Responsibilities

Contribute to AI product management activities, including tracking, documenting, and assessing the readiness of AI models and control algorithms.
Support workflow automation, internal process optimization, product lifecycle improvements, and technical process improvements.
Conduct competitive assessments and Voice of Customer analysis to support product strategy.
Support product commercialization and go-to-market preparation.
Assist with controls integration, building data mapping, and deployment of AI-driven HVAC optimization.
Perform energy analysis, building performance assessments, and identification of efficiency opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, deployment, and data science teams.
Create documentation, dashboards, reports, communication materials, and clear recommendations from gathered insights.
Test, validate, or deploy AI-enabled functionality depending on the assignment.

Be pursuing a BS/BA in computer science, data science, engineering, business, or a similar field with an overall GPA of at least 3.0.
Have at least one internship or other work experience.
Demonstrate leadership through campus organizations, sports teams, residence advising, team projects, or previous work experience.
Have strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, initiative, and learning skills.
Be familiar with AI concepts, software development, building systems, or energy technologies as applicable to the assignment.
Have experience with Python, SQL, Jira, Asana, or similar tools; this is an asset.
Work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Be willing to be mobile and relocate for future opportunities.
Be bilingual in French and English, with full professional English proficiency.

12-week summer internship in Montreal, Quebec, working onsite five days per week.

Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities after graduation, including Accelerated Development Programs.
Hourly base pay range of $22.50-$30.00.
