Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications for IoT devices and RFID reader systems.
- Implement new features and functionality for the Keonn product portfolio.
- Lead the Java development team.
- Debug software issues in embedded environments and optimize code performance and memory usage.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure hardware-software integration.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Create technical documentation and support testing and validation of firmware releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Java development experience, preferably in embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded Java programming, real-time systems, and multithreading.
- Network programming and communication protocol experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with RFID technology and RF systems is a plus.
- Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is a significant advantage.
- EU residency or an EU work permit is required.
